RATEs; We often will have to get Money down in earnest advance ..to cover set up and so
on . Also we can advertise your event Promoting Business.. People see our Horses and Wagon and they all seem to
come over to check us all out...( Action Props) ...the interest that we Draw increase turn outs
at events ...We get a lot of interest and possitve feed back . there are many factors that effect Rides we
try and calculate a rides and events. we always need good information, to assist us in our caculating Factors and Fees
...
Ive been told that some where we are suppose to make a profit, my wife tells me.. I say yup, I guess you'd
be right again !
It is difficult doing all the work we do and expences through out the year ,,,Our giving others
a good time and boost up a event.. Can bring us home in the hole again if we dont try our best to calculate ...
our expences, Which our usually more really than our gains ..and across the board thats not good at Month and
years End... We want you to know we do our best to give you our best ! and there are Tons of behind the seen
Labors to bring this about.. we take pride in what we do and being Professionals we try
hard to give all a good time with fair price structure Plans and allowing you to have a most memrable time! for
some its a once in a life time...experiance.

That it can be difficult to price rides ... there are so many types of events, and ..
Then its to where you have to travel to , moving equipment trailers tranporting help, cost of trucks, Trailers,
up keep When we travel off we Start Early 5-am... and the night before doing chores and checking loading and getting ready
and then drive to ? and then do the event and rides and pack up and head home.., it could be 10:pm to midnight before
we get to take let say our boots off ! .....The cost of buying and keeping Drafts Travel fuel..,on an on...Feed your
self and help ! We spend most of our summer Haying !
Horses and equipment. Harnesss, shoeing one
Draft cost $250.- to shoe and should be done at least 4 time a year x4=$1000.- ea times x4 =
$4000.- a year Hay, Grain feed...Registrations, Fencing, on and on and General Care is 24-7 Job.
Vet Bills so on...oh Insurances and Specialized Ride Insurance..
so the bottom line is we have to make about $15,000.- dollars just to break even so, we hope you can
apperciate all the behind the senses activaty to make a Ride Work.. Sckooling and Training Horses... some times people think
Horses are like Machines... Schooling the Public to beware and always trying to promote a Safe Fun Run time and Ride!.. it
is a lot to do so agian I hope you can appreciate how special your Ride really is !.. and why not many people do
it.. and do it right is the Goal for us ..but all in all, we subsudise our Over- $100,000.plus investments
because we LOVE IT ! oh ya Buildings and .... Taxes ! and of coarse lots of cleaning and shoveling Stuff..Wheelborrows !
