Moose Hauling in the North Country..Bloomfield, Vt.
Caution this is not easy and can be very hard on Horse and you.. depending on where the Moose
was shot and if your Horse can deal with a dead Moose... you want to be in shape here..Deep Mud .. Slash.. Brooks ... Wind
blown Dead falls..
and you must pick a trail out of the woods.. in this case a very bad Swamp... you would not want to try
this one,, At one time my horse was about belly deep in mud ... and went down once...not good, but not much you
can do but kept on going pulling..its no turning back.. most horses just would of stopped..!
being able to encourage a horse and know how.. Able to lead the Horse and show it confidence in this kind of situation...
they really look to you.. where I go ... she goes.. you could easily ruin a good horse..! I got it out for these Boys
and they where very thankful.. to me and my Horses and Wife.. she had wadders on..my wife... I guess she was thinking..Not
all Pulls are this Problematic...but you never know.. ! Mile of Trash Swamp..
But Please don't shoot anymore Moose Here, or you could have to Pull them out yourself.. Try that winch
pulling from tree to tree or stump and rocks..
you better have your tent.. these boys tryed it, tell I came..
It did fill good to help them out of a almost impossible situatiion,
and they sure did fill good to !
Dont you think these big Loggers and lumber companys should have to Plant
Tree's too !
It should be a Law...that my view anyway !
