garden.. usually planted more than I need.. Still..!

It is important to understand what it takes to have a succesfull market garden.!! there is a lot more to it than most think.. and I Will talk about that later..!.. Horses are a good hook for advertising if you are interested in doing a market garden..!

Doing a good job.. Plowing through a field that was a trash field of flattend corn stocks..Trash.. This was a unexpected setup..which made for poor plowing.. a lot of Clog's and Stalls..and created low interest for spectators.. of course this is my view of a poorly preped contest field.. Most contestents do not need this added challenge..? But thats the way it goes.. but I do not like to see Horses and plows constantly Stall at no fault of Horse or Horseman.. Smooth Plowing is imposible..Try it 8ft. corn stocks flattened then plow it... Not Fun ! So Shame on ...Billings.. that year ! Who wants to Drive 200 miles or 10 miles to deal with that... Not many Horsemen or Spectators... But again this maybe me again only and who else would complain ...I hope you do.. I know there are varying conditions in the real world.. But tell whoever host the contest, they should be told..!

Contest.. like that make the Best Teamsters and Teams look like Beginners..! and this is very bad promotional planning ..PR Where ? well there,, so beware and call way ahead.. and ask some questions about the field, Soil and field conditions..so Blog that..
